Author's Notes

The coconut milk needs to come from a can that was refrigerated upside down overnight so that all of the watery liquid is separated from the creamy part of the coconut milk.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Vegan Chocolate Chips (2 cup) into a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Do not make the mistake of thinking 30 seconds won't be enough, we are not looking for a total meltdown just yet. Remove the chocolate chips from the microwave and set them aside.
Step 2
Open up the can of Full-Fat Coconut Milk (1 can) and drain the liquid.
