Make a quick and easy Vegan Chocolate Fondue right in your own home. This is a perfect recipe for Valentine's Day, or for any other day you want to make a little more special.

2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
1 can (14 ounce) chilled Full-Fat Coconut Milk
to taste Fresh Strawberries
to taste Pineapple
to taste Vegan Marshmallows
to taste Cookies

STEP 1
Place Vegan Chocolate Chips (2 cup) into a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Do not make the mistake of thinking 30 seconds won't be enough, we are not looking for a total meltdown just yet. Remove the chocolate chips from the microwave and set them aside.
STEP 2
Open up the can of Full-Fat Coconut Milk (1 can) and drain the liquid.
STEP 3
Scoop out the creamy white coconut cream.
STEP 4
Add it directly to your bowl of chocolate chips.
STEP 5
Heat mixture in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each one, until you feel confident your chocolate is fully melted. Whisk mixture until completely smooth.
STEP 6
Whisk mixture until completely smooth.
STEP 7
Transfer the chocolate into a fondue pot and carefully light the burner underneath to ensure it stays warm or simply transfer it into a fancy serving bowl and reheat in the microwave as needed.
STEP 8
Serve with Fresh Strawberries (to taste), Pineapple (to taste), Vegan Marshmallows (to taste), Cookies (to taste) and really anything else you think might be delicious.
