Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pan of generously salted water to the boil. Add in the Baby Potato (450 gram) being careful not to splash yourself. Bring back up to the boil then cook for 15 minutes until starting to soften.
Step 2
Drain the potatoes well then gently crush with a fork. You want a good mix of large & small chunks.
