Crunchy Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

This really is a beautiful snack. I absolutely love that some of the parmesan slips down to the bottom of the pan and creates an almost crispy parmesan tuille. When that all breaks up and mixes in with the popcorn… wow! Little crispy bits of salty parmesan and crunchy garlic popcorn. Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! Garlic parmesan popcorn is a winner.

step 1
Heat the Rice Bran Oil (1 Tbsp) in the saucepan over a medium high heat. To test the temperature, throw a kernel in. When it pops, it’s hot enough! When it is, add all the Popcorn Kernels (1 cup), put the lid on and shake a little. Turn the heat down to medium low once they start popping.
