1/4 tsp
1/3 cup
Aquafaba
liquid from a can of chickpeas
1/3 cup
Coconut Oil
1 cup
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 cup
Sprinkles
to taste
Vegan Whipped Cream

Step 1
Preheat waffle iron.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together Unbleached All Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Organic Cane Sugar (1/4 cup) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 3
In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or in a bowl with a whisk or hand mixer, beat Aquafaba (1/3 cup) until light and foamy and resembles whipped egg whites.
Step 4
Add in Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) , Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup) , and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) to the bowl to mixer and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add flour mixture and mix until well combined. Fold in Sprinkles (1/3 cup) until well incorporated.
Step 6
Grease waffle iron and ladle or scoop batter onto the iron. Close and cook until the waffle is golden brown about 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully remove wafffle from the iron and repeat. Serve waffles with Vegan Whipped Cream (to taste) or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
