Cooking Instructions

Place Fresh Dill (1 cup), Scallions (1 bunch), Garlic (2 cloves), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Lemon Zest (1), 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and White Wine (1 Tbsp) in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.

Add Plain Greek Yogurt (1 2/3 cups) and Mayonnaise (1/3 cup) and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Taste for seasonings, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Author's Notes
The longer the dip sits, the more pronounced the flavor will be.
The dip will keep up to 5 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
