Old School Dill Dip is delicious, creamy, oniony, and packed with fresh dill. This dip is simple, easy, and can be ready in minutes. It can be served with your favorite vegetables.
, loosely packed
, trimmed, roughly chopped
Ground Black Pepper
, zested, juiced
or Champagne Vinegar
Plain Greek Yogurt
Fresh Dill (1 cup)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and
White Wine (1 Tbsp)
in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.
Plain Greek Yogurt (1 2/3 cups)
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Taste for seasonings, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
The longer the dip sits, the more pronounced the flavor will be.
The dip will keep up to 5 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
