For Coating : Add Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (30 gram) in a pan (do not add oil), cook it under low heat for few minutes. Keep stirring and set aside.
Mix Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (150 gram), Rice Flour (80 gram), and Caster Sugar (100 gram) together. Add in Water (350 milliliter) and mix well until smooth. Add in Banana Flavoring (10 milliliter), mix well.
Lightly brush the plate with oil, then pour the batter into a plate. Steam under high heat for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle some cooked glutinous rice flour on a table, place the dough on top and coat with more glutinous rice flour. Place a parchment paper on top and roll it.
Then roll it into long roll and cut into small pieces.
