First wash the Bone-In Chicken Legs (4 pieces) and grab a couple paper towels to make sure you dry off the legs. Removing excess moisture will help to render the fat in the skin and make it incredibly crispy. Make 4 long deep incisions on the chicken.

To a ziplock bag, place the chicken legs inside together with the Italian Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp), and Salt (to taste). Massage the herbs and spices into the legs.
