Sprinkle Smoked Salt (to taste), Red Chili Pepper (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste) on Cucumber (2), toss it lightly and serve it with your chicken curry.
Step 2
In a big bowl, marinate Boneless Skinless Chicken (1 kilogram) with Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tablespoon), Dahi (1/2 cup), Red Chili Powder (1/2 tablespoon), Ground Turmeric (1/4 tablespoon), Ground Coriander (1/2 tablespoon), Tandoori Masala Mix (1 tablespoon) and Salt (to taste). Cover and set aside for an hour.
