This grilled cheese tastes delicious with either white cheddar or goat cheese. If you can't or choose not to eat dairy, you could also use Daiya dairy-free cheese.

, grated
or Hard Goat Cheese

Pear
, thinly sliced
or Apple

to taste
Dijon Mustard
•

Organic Butter
, room temperature
Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat grill pan or grill to medium.
2.
Spread Organic Butter (1 Tbsp) on one side of each slice of Sourdough Bread (4 slices) and place buttered side down on pan or grill.
3.
Spread some Dijon Mustard (to taste) on the bread and top with White Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup) followed by Pear (1) and top with other slice of buttered bread.

Cook slowly, be patient, until cheese is starting to melt and the bottom is golden brown and then flip. Serve and enjoy!
