Sweet potato toast instead of boring 12-grain toast? Sign me up! It's far more nutrient-dense, naturally gluten-free and paleo-friendly too.

Step 1
Slice Organic Sweet Potato (1) lengthwise about 4 millimetres thick. Depending on the size of the potato, you may get 6 toasties.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degree C). Grease or place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Place sweet potato toasties on a baking sheet. Season with Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) . Give a little drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 tsp) .
Step 4
Bake for 30-35 minutes until they are fork tender. You may wish to cook them longer to get them crusty or you could simply pop them in your toaster just before you dress them up. They will cook faster if they are cut thinner so check them at 25 minutes to make sure they don't burn.
Step 5
Slather 2 toasties with Sunflower Seed Butter (1/4 cup) . Top with Banana (1/2) and sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
