Mix Chia Seeds (1/4 cup) with Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup) and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 pinch). Add some Honey (1 tsp) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) if you prefer sweet pudding.

Soak overnight or at least 2 hours. Mix well before serving.
