Mix Almond Flour (160 gram), Tapioca Flour (4 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch), Vanilla Bean Pod (1/4 teaspoon) together.
Separate the Large Egg (2), egg yolks and whites.
Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Add Honey (2 tablespoon). Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and whisk until soft peaks are formed. Set aside.
Add egg yolks, Coconut Butter (1 teaspoon), and Cashew Milk (100 milliliter) into dry ingredients and whisk it together. Gently fold in the egg white mixture.
Grease the waffle machine with Coconut Butter (to taste) and add about 1-2 tablespoons of batter to the machine. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter.
Serve right away with your favorite topping.
