Step 1
Heat a frying pan or wok with
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
over high heat. Once it is hot, add
Dry Roasted Peanuts (1/3 cup)

Garlic (3 cloves)

Red Chili Peppers (4)
. Stir for about 30 seconds until the garlic is slightly brown.
Step 2
Add
Red Bell Pepper (1)
,
Yellow Onion (1)
, and white part of
Scallions (3)
. Stir for 2-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add
Medium Shrimp (1 lb)
and
Kung Pao Sauce (1/4 cup)
. Stir for 1 minute or until opaque.
Step 4
Turn off the heat, add the green part of the green onion and stir to combine.
Step 5
Serve with
White Rice (to taste)
if desired.
