Add the Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon) to a coffee mug.
Fill the mug about ¾ full with hot Coffee (1 cup) and stir.
Gently pour in the Irish Whiskey (1.5 fluid ounce) and stir.
Whisk the Heavy Cream (1/4 cup) for about one minute immediately before using. You want it slightly whipped. Ever so gently, pour slightly whipped cream over a spoon onto the top of the coffee.
Serve hot and drink immediately - pulling the hot whiskey coffee through the slightly whipped cream.
