Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Bake
9-inch Pie Crust (1)
in a pie dish for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Step 3
Boil
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2 lb)
until cooked. Once cooled slightly, shred chicken using two forks.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, mix shredded chicken,
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
,
Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup)
, and
Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup)
. Add mixture to the pie shell.
Step 5
Top with
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
.
Step 6
Return the pie to the oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese topping is fully melted.
Step 7
Let the pie rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve. Top with
Scallions (to taste)
if desired.
