Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bake 9-inch Pie Crust (1) in a pie dish for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Boil Chicken Breast (2 pound) until cooked. Once cooled slightly, shred chicken using two forks.
In a mixing bowl, mix shredded chicken, Sharp Cheddar Cheese (4 ounce), Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup), and Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup). Add mixture to the pie shell.
Top with Sharp Cheddar Cheese (4 ounce).
Return the pie to the oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese topping is fully melted.
Let the pie rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve. Top with Scallion (to taste) if desired.
