Step 1
Blend
Chickpeas (1 can)
for 2 whole minutes in a food processor or high-powered blender.
Step 2
Add
Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)

Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Step 3
Scoop into bowl. Add
Vegan Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
and serve, or press into pan and keep refrigerated for bars.
Step 4
You can pair this with apples, graham cracker sticks or pretzels. This dough keeps well for quite a while in sealed container in the fridge. Enjoy!
