In a bowl, add Coconut Oil (1/3 cup), Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Extract (as needed).

In a separate bowl, combine White Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/4 cups), Salt (as needed), and Baking Soda (as needed). Mix with fork.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. Mix in Vegan Chocolate Chips (1/2 pckg).

If the 9x9 pan is dark or non-stick, no need to grease. Line the pan with parchment paper. Spread cookie mixture evenly into pan.
