Spread Cherry Pie Filling (1 can) in a 9x9-inch baking dish.
With hands, mix Vegan Butter (1/2 cup) and Vanilla Cake Mix (1 box) into crumbles, making some bigger chunks.
Top cherries with crumbled cake mix.
Bake for 35 minutes, until golden but not brown.
