Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Melt Coconut Oil (1/3 cup), then add Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (2 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix White Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/4 cup), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Add dry ingredients to wet and mix- add in Vegan Chocolate Chips (1 cup).
Step 4
Grease a 24 count mini muffin tin with canola spray or portion out 24 cookies for suggested skinny serving size.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Let sit out of the oven for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Do not over-bake or they will dry out! Serve and enjoy!
