Cooking Instructions
1.
To make vegan cheese sauce, boil Potatoes (2) & Baby Carrots (1 bag) until soft.
2.
Drain and add to food processor with Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup), and Sea Salt (1 tsp). Blend until smooth.
3.
Spray skillet. Add Vegan Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Oil (as needed) to the skillet and cook for a couple of minutes.
4.
Add Broccoli (1 head) and cook a couple minutes more.
5.
Add Quinoa (1 cup), Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (2 cups) and White Onions (1 cup). Stir and heat a few minutes.
6.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
