Cooking Instructions
1.
Set oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Place the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (4 cups), Wheat Bran (2 cups), Dry Mixed Spice (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp), Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp), Honey (2 Tbsp) and Coconut Oil (3/4 cup) in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour onto a baking tray and spread out evenly. Sprinkle Coarse Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) over the granola and bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Turn the granola with a wooden spoon and bake for another 10 minutes, turn again and bake for a further 10 minutes until medium golden brown all the way through.

Now stir the Almonds (3/4 cup), Cashew Nuts (3/4 cup) and Sunflower Seeds (4 Tbsp) through the granola, bake for a further 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes to toast the nuts and seeds a little bit.
6.
Once the granola is cooked and nicely browned stir through the roughly chopped Dried Apricots (1 cup) and set aside to cool.
7.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
Author's Notes
If you want to make a big batch just double the recipe and bake the granola in two baking trays either at the same time alternating the trays between the middle and bottom shelf or one after the other.
