Place Coconut Milk (1 cup), Milk (1 1/2 cup), Ground Turmeric (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon) in a small saucepan and heat on a medium heat until hot. Do not boil. The mixture will go golden yellow as it heats up.
Allow the milk mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, or as long as your blender specifies.
Pour the milk mixture into the blender with the Dates (2) and Fresh Ginger (1/2 teaspoon). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the latte into two mugs. Serve and enjoy!
