Coconut Milk (1 cup)
Milk (1 1/2 cups)
Ground Turmeric (1 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)
in a small saucepan and heat on a medium heat until hot. Do not boil. The mixture will go golden yellow as it heats up.
Allow the milk mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, or as long as your blender specifies.
Pour the milk mixture into the blender with the
Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp)
. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the latte into two mugs. Serve and enjoy!
