Step 1
Drain and rinse the
Canned Chickpeas (2 cups)
Step 2
Peel and crush
Garlic (1 clove)
Step 3
Place the canned chickpeas,
Tahini (3 Tbsp)

Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)

GOYA® Coconut Milk (1/2 cup)
, and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Add the
Paprika (1 tsp)

Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp)

Ground Cumin (1/8 tsp)
,
Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
and stir in with a spoon. Pulse the hummus 2 or 3 times, until the spices are fully mixed in and the hummus is creamy and even in color.
Step 5
Spoon into a small bowl and serve with your choice of sliced vegetables and crackers. Enjoy!
