Author's Notes

I like to keep them either in the fridge which just keeps them cool but still soft, or in the freezer which obviously turns them into a frozen snack which I love in the hottest months.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Toss Pitted Dates (1 cup) , Raw Cashews (1 cup) , Dried Pears (1/2 cup) , Desiccated Coconut (1/3 cup) , Peanut Butter (1/3 cup) , Coconut Oil (1/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) into a food processor, and blend until the mixture starts to go smooth and clump into a ball.
Step 2
Roll into little balls with your hands and place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before you eat them.
Step 3
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
