Author's Notes

I like to keep them either in the fridge which just keeps them cool but still soft, or in the freezer which obviously turns them into a frozen snack which I love in the hottest months.

Cooking Instructions

Toss Pitted Dates (1 cup), Raw Cashews (1 cup), Dried Pears (1/2 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1/3 cup), Peanut Butter (1/3 cup), Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch) into a food processor, and blend until the mixture starts to go smooth and clump into a ball.

Roll into little balls with your hands and place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before you eat them.
