Toss Pitted Dates (1 cup), Raw Cashews (1 cup), Dried Pears (1/2 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1/3 cup), Peanut Butter (1/3 cup), Coconut Oil (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch) into a food processor, and blend until the mixture starts to go smooth and clump into a ball.
Roll into little balls with your hands and place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before you eat them.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
