Discard date soaking water.
Raw Cashews (1 cup)
Medjool Dates (10)
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup)
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup)
Greens Superfood Powder (1 scoop)
, zest and juice of a
Dried Tart Cherries (1/4 cup)
into a food processor and blitz until crumbly.
Check the sticking power by rolling one into a ball. Feel free to add a splash of water or another Medjool date if it's not sticking.
Roll into balls and freeze until ready to eat.
