Step 1
First, cut
Tofu (7 oz)
into 1-1,5 cm thick slices, then cut each slice in half.
Step 2
Next, in a shallow bowl, stir together
Breadcrumbs (as needed)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Then, place the Tofu into the bowl of the breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
Step 4
In a skillet heat
Oil (as needed)
over low-medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Step 5
Transfer the Tofu onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve the Tofu warm.
