Rinse the Steel-Cut Oats (1 cup) well. Drain.
Step 2
Cover with water. Soak 20 minutes-overnight.
Step 3
Rinse well. Drain.
Step 4
Add to a blender with Water (3 cups) and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Strain 3-4 times.
Step 6
Add to a sealable container. Keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. It will separate, so shake well before use. Enjoy!
