Cooking Instructions

Slice your Fresh Albacore Tuna (8 ounce) in 1/4 inch slices.
2.
Thinly slice the Jalapeño Pepper (1) on a mandolin.
3.
Layer with the thinly sliced jalapeño on the fish.
4.
Serve with the Ponzu (to taste) sauce for dipping, or drizzle on top of the sashimi. Enjoy!
