If you do a lot of Latin cooking at home, having a jar of homemade adobo seasoning is a must! It’s an all-purpose seasoning that you can use as a dry rub or the base of a marinade. The ingredients are simple but each one of them serves a purpose to create a savory, well-rounded mix that we’d put on pretty much anything, but we love it on some roasted vegetables.
