Cut the White Fish Fillet (1 kilogram) into bite size pieces.
Chop the Red Onion (2) in Julienne and the Bell Pepper (4) and Mango (1) in small squares.
In a bowl place the fish, Lemon Juice (1 1/2 cup), onions, peppers, mangos, Salt and Pepper (to taste) and mix well.
Add the Fresh Cilantro (2 tablespoon), Black Sesame Seeds (1 pinch) and mix again.
Leave the mix for 15 minutes.
Place the mix for 10 minutes in the freezer before serving.
