Step 1
Cut the
White Fish Fillets (2.2 lb)
into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Chop the
Red Onions (2)
in Julienne and the
Bell Peppers (4)
and
Mango (1)
in small squares.
Step 3
In a bowl place the fish,
Lemon Juice (1 1/2 cups)
, onions, peppers, mangos,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and mix well.
Step 4
Add the
Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)
,
Black Sesame Seeds (1 pinch)
and mix again.
Step 5
Leave the mix for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Place the mix for 10 minutes in the freezer before serving.
