Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the White Fish Fillets (2.2 lb) into bite size pieces.
2.
Chop the Red Onions (2) in Julienne and the Bell Peppers (4) and Mango (1) in small squares.
3.
In a bowl place the fish, juice from Lemons (9), onions, peppers, mangos, Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix well.
4.
Add the Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp), Black Sesame Seeds (1 pinch) and mix again.
5.
Leave the mix for 15 minutes.
6.
Place the mix for 10 minutes in the freezer before serving.
