Step 1
Place the
Chicken (1.1 lb)
in a bowl and add
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)

Black Olives (1/4 cup)
,
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
,
Roasted Cumin Powder (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Calabrian ’Nduja (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs)
, and
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well so everything is combined.
Step 3
Divide the meat in equal parts and form balls.
Step 4
Tap each ball as to create patties and place each one on a hot pan, grill or BBQ.
Step 5
Cook all the way through.
Step 6
When the burger is done place some slices of
Cheese (to taste)
on top when still in the pan and cover so the cheese melts.
Step 7
Serve on a
Hamburger Buns (to taste)
and build the burger with
Tomatoes (to taste)
and
Lettuce (to taste)
