Place the Chicken (500 gram) in a bowl and add Salt (2 teaspoon), Black Olives (1/4 cup), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Roasted Cumin Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Worcestershire Sauce (2 tablespoon), Calabrian ’Nduja (2 tablespoon), Fresh Rosemary (2 sprig), and Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon).
Mix all the ingredients well so everything is combined.
Divide the meat in equal parts and form balls.
Tap each ball as to create patties and place each one on a hot pan, grill or BBQ.
Cook all the way through.
When the burger is done place some slices of Cheese (to taste) on top when still in the pan and cover so the cheese melts.
Serve on a Hamburger Bun (to taste) and build the burger with Tomato (to taste) and Lettuce (to taste). Enjoy!
