Beets
•
1 tsp
Horseradish
•
1 Tbsp
Mayonnaise
•

Large Snapper Fillet
•
1 tsp
Garlic Paste
•
as needed
Olive Oil
•
to taste
Salt
•
to taste
Ground Black Pepper
•
to taste
Baby Watercress
•
to taste
Alfalfa Sprouts

Cooking Instructions

1. 
In a small bowl, add Beets (1 cup) , Horseradish (1 tsp) , and Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Mix until well combined.
2. 
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add Olive Oil (as needed) . Next, add Snapper Fillet (1) . Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. 
Add Garlic Paste (1 tsp) into the pan. Flip the fillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. 
Serve the beet salad with fillet. Garnish with Baby Watercress (to taste) and Alfalfa Sprouts (to taste) . Spoon over olive oil. Enjoy!
