Feel free to use any chocolate you like, or your favorite chocolate mix (as long as it adds up to 12oz).

You can substitute the topping of your choice (Cadbury eggs, mini marshmallows, graham crackers, sprinkles, pastel M&M’s, caramel, fine sea salt, etc.)

The candy bark can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Place Dark Chocolate Chips (2 cups) and White Chocolate Chips (1 cup) in a heat-proof bowl in separate bowls and heat them in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
