Pancetta & Cheese “Flower” Party Pastries

Easy, delicious and beautiful puff pastry finger food perfect as part of any party food. With Italian Pancetta and cheese these pastries are to die for!

500 gram Puff Pastry
150 gram Pancetta

STEP 1
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C (450 degrees F)
STEP 2
Using a rolling pin roll out the Puff Pastry (500 gram) until is about 4mm thick.
STEP 3
With a pizza cutter cut the pastry in 7x7cm squares.
STEP 4
With a sharp knife make a cut in all 4 corners of the square.
STEP 5
Place 1 or 2 slices of the Pancetta (150 gram) and some of the Medium Cheddar Cheese (150 gram) in the middle of the square
STEP 6
Take all the 4 corners of the square and stick them together in the middle as to create a "flower" effect.
STEP 7
Place all the pastries in a baking tray previously lined with some parchment paper or oven grease paper.
STEP 8
Place the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
STEP 9
Serve and enjoy!
