Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F)
Using a rolling pin roll out the
Puff Pastry (1.1 lb)
until is about 4mm thick.
With a pizza cutter cut the pastry in 7x7cm squares.
With a sharp knife make a cut in all 4 corners of the square.
Place 1 or 2 slices of the
Pancetta (2/3 cup)
and some of the
Medium Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
in the middle of the square
Take all the 4 corners of the square and stick them together in the middle as to create a "flower" effect.
Place all the pastries in a baking tray previously lined with some parchment paper or oven grease paper.
Place the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
