Make sure to purchase all-natural, unsalted ones. If you cannot find them, soak your pistachios in water for 1 hour to ensure most of the salt is dissolved.

In your coffee grinder or food processor, place unshelled Unsalted Pistachios (4 cups), Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), and Water (4 Tbsp).

Start grinding, adding more Water (4 Tbsp) as needed, scraping the sides of the container until all nuts have been processed and are creamy.
