In your coffee grinder or food processor, place unshelled
Unsalted Pistachios (4 cups)

Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)

Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp)

Water (1/4 cup)

Start grinding, adding more
Water (1/4 cup)
as needed, scraping the sides of the container until all nuts have been processed and are creamy.
Step 3
Store your nut butter in a glass jar in your fridge for a couple of weeks. Use it as spread on bread, to make energy balls, or also to make tasty pasta or salad dressing. Enjoy!
