Step 1
In a large bowl mix together Oats (1 cup), Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup), Almond Butter (1/4 cup), Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon), Maple Syrup (2 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/8 teaspoon), and Coconut Chips (to taste).
Step 2
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 320 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until golden-brown in color. Let it cool down completely then break it up into chunks with your hands
Step 3
Store into an airtight container or serve and enjoy!
