In a large bowl mix together Oats (1 cup) , Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) , Almond Butter (1/4 cup) , Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) , Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp) , Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/8 tsp) , and Coconut Chips (to taste) .
Step 2
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until golden-brown in color. Let it cool down completely then break it up into chunks with your hands.
Step 3
Store into an airtight container.
