In a large bowl mix together
Oats (1 cup)

Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp)

Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)

Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/8 tsp)

Coconut Chips (to taste)

Step 2
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until golden-brown in color. Let it cool down completely then break it up into chunks with your hands.
Step 3
Store into an airtight container.
