Soak the Buckwheat Groats (1/2 cup), Pepitas (4 Tbsp), Sunflower Seeds (4 Tbsp), and Dried Red Dates (1/2 cup) in water for 3 hours.

Place the soaked ingredients, Black Sesame Seeds (2 tsp), White Sesame Seeds (2 tsp), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Cacao Powder (as needed), and Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) into a food processor and blend until a paste forms.
