Step 1
Soak the
Buckwheat Groats (1/2 cup)

Pumpkin Seeds (1/4 cup)

Sunflower Seeds (1/4 cup)
, and
Dried Red Dates (1/2 cup)
in water for 3 hours.
Step 2
Place the soaked ingredients,
Black Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp)
,
White Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
,
Cacao Powder (1/2 tsp)
, and
Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp)
into a food processor and blend until a paste forms.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle with extra sesame seeds, coconut, and pumpkin seeds
Step 5
Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C), for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, and let it cool down completely.
Step 6
Cut into 6 bars and enjoy!
