In a blender or food processer, blend the
Silken Tofu (10.5 oz)

Creamy Peanut Butter (3 Tbsp)

Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
until creamy and smooth.
Step 2
Refrigerate for a few hours until cold.
Step 3
To serve, you may dust with some cocoa powder and garnish with some fruits. Enjoy!
