Place Natural Almond Butter (1/3 cup), Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Protein Powder (1 1/2 cups), Almond Flour (4 Tbsp), Coconut Flour (2 tsp), Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), Stevia (1 tsp), and Vanilla Bean Paste (as needed) into the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix until smooth paste forms.

Spread it into a baking tray layered with parchment paper and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.

Cut out 8 equal-sized bars. Place the bars back in the fridge while you make the chocolate spread.

Place 70% Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup) and Coconut Milk (2 Tbsp) in a bowl and heat in a microwave oven for 20 seconds. Stop, stir, then microwave for another 15 seconds. Repeat until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
