Place Natural Almond Butter (1/3 cup), Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Protein Powder (1 1/2 cups), Almond Flour (1/4 cup), Coconut Flour (1 Tbsp), Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/8 tsp), Stevia (1 tsp), and Vanilla Bean Paste (1/4 tsp) into the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix until smooth paste forms.

Spread it into a baking tray layered with parchment paper and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.

Cut out 8 equal-sized bars. Place the bars back in the fridge while you make the chocolate spread.

Place 70% Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup) and Coconut Milk (2 Tbsp) in a bowl and heat in a microwave oven for 20 seconds. Stop, stir, then microwave for another 15 seconds. Repeat until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
