Step 1
Place All Natural Almond Butter (130 gram), Almond Milk (200 milliliter), Protein Powder (150 gram), Almond Flour (30 gram), Coconut Flour (2 1/2 teaspoon), Matcha Powder (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/8 teaspoon), Stevia (1 teaspoon), and Vanilla Bean Paste (1/4 teaspoon) into the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix until a smooth paste forms.
Step 2
Spread it into a baking tray layered with parchment paper and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
Step 3
Cut out 8 equal-sized bars. Place the bars back in the fridge while you make the chocolate spread.
Step 4
Place 70% Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup) and Coconut Milk (2 tablespoon) in a bowl and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 20 seconds. Stop, stir, then microwave for another 15 seconds. Repeat until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Step 5
Drizzle the chocolate on the bars or spread it all over the top. Store your Matcha Green Tea Protein Bars in the fridge for up to 10 days. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
