1 1/4 cups
Almond Milk
1 scoop
Vegan Protein Powder
1 Tbsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 pckg
Stevia

Step 1
Combine Almond Milk (1 cup) , Vegan Protein Powder (1 scoop) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp) , Stevia (1 pckg) , Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) in a glass measuring cup
Step 2
Whisk vigorously until completely combined and no clumps remain. You can use a blender if you prefer.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Then blend in a blender with as much additional Almond Milk (1/4 cup) as needed to make that lovely ice cream texture.
Step 4
Scoop it out and serve.
