Apple Cider
•

Lemon

Cinnamon Sticks
•
to taste
Whole Cloves
•
1 pinch
Ground Nutmeg
•
1 piece
Fresh Ginger
•
10 pieces
Whole Cardamom Pods
•
1 dash
Ground Allspice

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Slice Lemon (1) and stud with Whole Cloves (to taste) .
2. 
Slice the Fresh Ginger (1 piece) .
3. 
Add Apple Cider (4 cups) and Cinnamon Sticks (2) to a medium pot.
4. 
Add clove-studded lemon, Ground Allspice (1 dash) , Whole Cardamom Pods (10 pieces) , and sliced fresh ginger.
5. 
Add in Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch) .
6. 
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
7. 
Turn off the heat, ladle into a mug, add booze as necessary!
