Slice Lemon (1) and stud with Whole Clove (to taste).
Step 2
Slice the fresh Fresh Ginger (1 piece).
Step 3
Add Unfiltered Apple Cider (1 quart) and Cinnamon Stick (2) to medium pot.
Step 4
Add clove-studded lemon, Ground Allspice (1 dash), Whole Cardamom Pods (10 piece), and sliced fresh ginger.
Step 5
Grate in Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch).
Step 6
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 7
Turn off the heat, ladle into a mug, add booze as necessary!
