Step 1
In a large pan over medium heat, add
Butter (2 Tbsp)
and allow it to melt. Add
Garlic (1 clove)
and the
Shrimp (1 lb)
. Cook until shrimps are pink on both sides, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Start cooking
Fettuccine (1 lb)
according to package instructions. Make sure to stir pasta so they don’t stick together.
Step 3
Melt
Butter (2 Tbsp)
with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
over medium heat. Add
Yellow Onion (1/2)
and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add
Garlic (3 cloves)
and cook for 30 seconds. Add
Knorr® Stock Cube (1)
and press it down with the spoon to dissolve it.
Step 4
Add the
Cream Cheese (1/3 cup)
, stir it till it is as smooth. Pour in the cream and turn the heat to medium-high. Cook until the sauce bubbles slightly.
Step 5
Add
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
and mix. Stir in the cooked shrimps and stir. Add drained pasta and mix to coat the pasta with the sauce. It’s ok if the sauce is a bit runny, it thickens up as it sits or cools. Serve and enjoy!
