In a large pan over medium heat, add Butter (2 tablespoon) and allow it to melt. Add Garlic (1 clove) and the Shrimp (1 pound). Cook until shrimps are pink on both sides, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Start cooking Fettuccine (1 pound) according to package instructions. Make sure to stir pasta so they don’t stick together.
Melt Butter (2 tablespoon) with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) over medium heat. Add Yellow Onion (1/2) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Garlic (3 clove) and cook for 30 seconds. Add Knorr® Stock Cube (1) and press it down with the spoon to dissolve it.
Add the Cream Cheese (3 ounce), stir it till it is as smooth. Pour in the cream and turn the heat to medium-high. Cook until the sauce bubbles slightly.
Add Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) and mix. Stir in the cooked shrimps and stir. Add drained pasta and mix to coat the pasta with the sauce. It’s ok if the sauce is a bit runny, it thickens up as it sits or cools. Serve and enjoy!
