Place Powdered Confectioners Sugar (5 cups) , Vegan Butter (1 1/2 cups) , Non-Dairy Milk (3 Tbsp) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp) , 1 tsp of Lemon (1) , Salt (1/8 tsp) in a food processor and process for about 1 minute.
Step 2
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
