Drain and rinse the Chickpeas (1 can).

In a food processor, add in chickpeas, 3 Tbsp of Lemon (1), Tahini (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp). Blend until smooth.

Add Water (2 Tbsp) and blend again for 1 minute on high speed.

Plate hummus, drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle Paprika (1 pinch) on top before serving.
