Step 1
Drain and rinse the Chickpeas (1 can) .
Step 2
In a food processor, add in chickpeas, 3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1) , Tahini (1/4 cup) , Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) . Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add Water (2 Tbsp) and blend again for 1 minute on high speed.
Step 4
Plate hummus, drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle Paprika (1 pinch) on top before serving.
