Fill the blender with Water (4 cups) .
Step 2
Into the blender, add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) . Blend for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Strain the milk through the fine mesh strainer, do not press the pulp or it will make the oat milk slimy.
Step 4
Chill the milk in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Shake well before serving.
