Step 1
Add
Butter (1/3 cup)
to a microwave-safe dish with a big tablespoon of the Nutella, then reserve the rest for the filling. Heat for about a minute in the microwave or in a sauce pan under low heat.
Step 2
Mix the
Graham Crackers (3 cups)
with the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
Step 3
Transfer the cookie mixture to a 22-cm springform tin. Using a flat bottom glass, press the mixture down and up the sides until it's nice and even. Pop into the fridge to firm up while you work on the filling.
Step 4
Place the
Cream Cheese (2 cups)
in a large mixing bowl. Then sift in the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2/3 cup)
.
Step 5
Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and the powdered sugar until fluffy.
Step 6
Scoop the remainder of the
Nutella® (1 1/3 cups)
into the cream cheese mixture. Mix everything together until smooth.
Step 7
Transfer filling to the springform pan and smooth out until even. Pop into fridge for 4-5 hours to set until ready to serve.
