Add Butter (100 gram) to a microwave-safe dish with a big tablespoon of the Nutella, then reserve the rest for the filling. Heat for about a minute in the microwave or in a sauce pan under low heat.
Mix the Graham Crackers (250 gram) with the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
Transfer the cookie mixture to a 22-cm springform tin. Using a flat bottom glass, press the mixture down and up the sides until it's nice and even. Pop into the fridge to firm up while you work on the filling.
Place the Cream Cheese (500 gram) in a large mixing bowl. Then sift in the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (70 gram).
Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and the powdered sugar until fluffy.
Scoop the remainder of the Nutella® (400 gram) into the cream cheese mixture. Mix everything together until smooth.
Transfer filling to the springform pan and smooth out until even. Pop into fridge for 4-5 hours to set until ready to serve.
