Step 1
To make the Oreo cookie base, remove the frosting that is sandwiched between two cookies of the
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (1 1/3 cups)
. Set aside.
Step 2
Blitz oreo cookies and
Butter (3 Tbsp)
in a food processor until it turns soft wet sand consistency. If you don't have a food processor, you may crush it with a rolling pin and a ziplock bag, then stir in melted butter.
Step 3
Press it into a 6-inch removable round cake pan firmly. Place into the fridge to chill while you make your Cheesecake.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, whip
Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
until soft peaks form. Set that aside in the fridge.
Step 5
Sprinkle
Gelatin Powder (1 tsp)
over
Water (1 Tbsp)
and let it bloom.
Step 6
In another separate bowl, beat
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
,
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup)
, and the frosting from the Oreos we removed earlier until smooth.
Step 7
Drizzle in
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and
Lemon Juice (1/2)
.
Step 8
Once everything is nicely combined, pour in soft whipped cream and gelatin mixture and beat until the mixture is nice and thick.
Step 9
Finally, fold in the
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (1 1/3 cups)
.
Step 10
Immediately, transfer the cheesecake mixture into the pan and smoothen it out with a spatula. Let it chill overnight in the fridge.
Step 11
Once it has been chilled, let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before trying to remove the cake from the pan.
Step 12
Decorate the top with some crushed Oreos, nicely whipped cream, and some more Oreos. You can also decorate however you like!
